Brian and I were joined by our friends Maggie, Lou, Kyle, Vince, his son Corey, and Corey's friend, my son Billy, and his friend Eric.
We went for the opening weekend, and they ran a discount special, $3 off. Not quite the bargain it was the opening weekend last year, when the tickets were half price, but comparing notes at the diner later, the general consensus was, "A great time, and worth the price."

The hayride lasts about 10 minutes, and had many more sophisticated props than last year. There also appeared to be a larger cast employed, and they were more "interactive" with guests than before. And I have to admit, I think I was the first one to scream, when one of those sneaky little bastards snuck right up behind me.
I do have to say, I miss the chainsaw wielding Jason that jumped up onto the wagon and chased us all off last year. Climbing down the steps as we were pointed into the maze by an "executioner" was just a little anti-climatic.
The folks at Creamy Acres added onto both of their haunted indoor attractions this year.

The 3-D House was again awesome, not very scary, but they do a great job with the effects. They have put a great deal of time, effort, and I would have to say expense (we've learned that the paint used in these attractions, does not come cheap!) into this attraction, and it's one you should see.
Our favorite, and we all agreed, was the final Haunted House. Again, more sophisticated props, and a larger cast made for lots of chills, and I won't spoil it for anyone by giving away too many specifics, but there was at least a room or two that managed to startle each one of us at one time or another.
Though we didn't indulge, there are refreshments available, such as funnel cake and cider. Possibly more available, but we didn't quite check out that area of the event. Sorry :(
One of our favorite places to visit, and they didn't let us down again this year, it's worth the trip, and we hope you'll give them a try.
